Access model
Tenant isolation is based on restaurant-group membership. Role and access-level checks gate payroll, HR, scheduling, benefits, support, audit, treasury, and platform views.
Payroll workflows
Payroll runs calculate time, tips, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefit costs, and net pay in integer cents. Modern Treasury rails remain sandbox-first until live approval.
Employee self-service
Employees can access profile, pay, tax document, PTO, benefits, support, and notice workflows according to their assigned tenant and role.
Audit and compliance
Sensitive actions are tracked through activity logs, step-up events, sensitive-field access logs, support-message encryption, and legal-hold records.
