Measured HRIS

Terms of Service

Last updated June 29, 2026. These terms govern use of the Measured HRIS app by customer organizations, administrators, employees, contractors, and support users.

Relationship to Benmore platform terms

Measured HRIS is hosted on the Benmore platform. Benmore's platform terms cover the hosting and platform relationship. These Measured HRIS terms cover the relationship between the Measured HRIS app owner, customer organizations, and end users of this HR, payroll, benefits, tax, and treasury application.

Authorized use

You may use Measured HRIS only for legitimate workforce administration, payroll, benefits, compliance, support, and related restaurant-group operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including identity, tax, payment, benefits, time, payroll, and employment records.

Acceptable use

  • Do not access another tenant's, employee's, or applicant's information unless your assigned role authorizes it.
  • Do not submit false payroll, tax, bank, employment, identity, or benefits information.
  • Do not attempt to bypass MFA, step-up authentication, tenant isolation, audit logging, or role-based controls.
  • Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except as expressly authorized in writing.

Payroll, tax, benefits, and payments

Measured HRIS supports operational workflows and records. Customer organizations remain responsible for reviewing payroll, tax, benefits, compliance, payment, and employee records before relying on them or transmitting them to employees, agencies, banks, payment processors, or other third parties. Modern Treasury and other connected providers may have separate terms for payment, bank-verification, messaging, payroll, or compliance services.

Account suspension and termination

Access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if an account is inactive, an employment relationship ends, an administrator changes a user's role, payment or security risk is detected, these terms are violated, or continued access would create legal, security, payroll, or compliance risk. Some historical records may remain available for required payroll, tax, audit, or employment-retention periods.

No professional advice

Measured HRIS is software for managing HR and payroll workflows. It does not replace legal, tax, benefits, accounting, banking, or employment advice. Customer organizations should consult qualified advisors for decisions that require professional judgment.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided as available and as configured for the customer organization. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Measured HRIS disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Measured HRIS and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or replacement services. Direct liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim, unless a signed agreement states a different limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the customer organization's signed agreement with the app owner states otherwise.
